Peter Boutan

Peter Boutan is an American information technology and cybersecurity specialist. Peter has served at the highest levels of leadership in cybersecurity and technology in both private and government sectors.

Previously, Peter served in the United States Air Force for over seven years, working in Network and Systems Administration. As an active duty military member, he had the opportunity to oversee and develop a plethora of information systems, as well as assist in the creation of many others. 

Following his time in uniform, Peter continued to support uniformed service efforts as a senior system administrator for GDIT in Baghdad.

Peter moved on to X-eeto, as a technical lead and senior system administrator for SANs and virtual infrastructure team supporting USSOUTHCOM Headquarters
across two enterprise network enclaves in Miami, Florida.

From there, Peter returned to support uniformed services in his role as Deputy Country Lead at Leidos. His role as senior systems engineer supported the US Office of Military Cooperation – Kuwait and the US Army Central Intelligence Directorate in Kuwait City, Kuwait.

For two years, Peter worked as an ITSM Service Strategist at MacAulay-Brown, Inc. There, he facilitated the designed $22M staffing model for labor supporting projected engineering and project activities, which was approved by customer, resulting in ability to appropriately staff ongoing and future efforts for successful accomplishments.

Peter’s experience with military service support continued during his time as a deputy program manager with C4 Planning Solutions. He was the Senior IT Program Manager to the Department of Defense (DoD) who managed operations, planning, and projects for an Enterprise Information Technology Services Support Contract program including: End User Services, IT Infrastructure Computing Services, Data and Information Management, Business Application Development, DevOps, Cyber Security, and High Performance Computing.
