Douglas G. Scott is a global security expert in infrastructure consulting, including both foreign and domestic activities.
Doug served in the United States Navy for over six years, supporting counter-terrorism operations specializing in land and airborne intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance.
After retiring from the Navy, Doug spent 13 years as an advisor for various national programs and projects.
Doug worked with QRC Technologies as an operational advisor and oversaw the integrated electronic warfare systems.
More recently, Doug has served as a consultant for Contingent Global, a National Security, Defense and Intelligence business consulting firm, expanding his expertise worldwide.
Doug is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, where he received Magna Cum Laude honors and was published. He is also educated in telecommunications and computer science, cryptology, Hebrew, and Spanish.
